CNC Swiss type lathes
CNC Swiss type automatic lathes are flexible production systems, which are particularly important for use in the manufacture of complex precision turned parts. They are suitable for small to medium-sized series. Depending on the type of machine, we can process materials up to a diameter of 32 millimeters. Our CNC sliding headstock automatic lathes comprises of 49 machines from different manufacturers and therefore offers many processing options.
CNC multi-spindle automatic lathes
The simultaneous CNC machining on 6 main spindles allows highly productive manufacturing of work pieces of high complexity. On our 12 CNC multi-spindle automatic lathes, we manufacture turned parts with a starting material between 5 and 25 millimeters in diameter. They are use from a medium order volume.
Cam-controlled Swiss type automatic lathes
The conventional production on the cam-controlled Swiss type automatic lathes is a proven production method for the economical manufacture of simple turned parts. Our 19 automatic lathes enable production in the diameter range from 1 to 7 millimeters and are optimally suited for the production of large series.
Rotary transfer machines
We can produce large series with a volume of several million parts, with mechanical rotary transfer machines. These are efficient high-performance machines, which can produce up to 150 parts per minute. Our machine park includes 7 rotary indexing machines, depending on Machine type allow machining on 12 or 24 stations.
