Precision turned parts for the industry
We specialise in the production of ready-to-install, high-quality precision turned parts for industry. We process wires, rods, tubes as well as standard and special profiles made of metal. More than 600 tons of raw material up to a diameter of 32 millimetres are processed annually.
As a manufacturer of turned parts in the binder Group, which is one of the leading suppliers of circular connectors on the market, we have in-depth know-how in the production of contacts, nuts and housings for connection technology. binder products are used in various industries such as automation, measurement an control technology, medicine and the food industry.

Production
We are constantly investing in new, highperformance production systems and are constantly expanding our machine park. Production systems from renowned manufacturers such as Tornos, Index, Citizen, Escomatic and Mikron are used. We work with the following technologies and systems:
Heat and surface treatments
At the customer's request, you can obtain all turned parts from us with a heat and / or surface treatment. We work with selected partners and suppliers and can offer treatments such as hardening, annealing, nickel-plating, silver-plating, gold-plating, anodizing and the like.
Finishing
After machining, the turned parts are given the appropriate finishing treatment if required. Unwanted burrs that arise on the work pieces during the manufacturing process are removed in-house using various methods such as blasting, barrel finishing or manual fine deburring. The parts are then gently cleaned and degreased in a cleaning system down to the smallest hole.
Quality assurance
The entire production process is monitored by means of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and thus ensures high product quality right from the start. In addition, if required, we use flexible testing machines and offer 100% testing for defined features.
Logistics
With us you can be sure that the goods will arrive undamaged and on time. Depending on customer requirements, we deliver the goods as bulk goods in bags or in appropriate plastic containers. You can also purchase products with higher quality requirements from us individually set in plastic trays. We can supply customers from Grenchen and the surrounding area quickly and directly on request.
